Online store questions

Will the AI send replies without me seeing them?

Only if you want it to. We start with every reply waiting for your approval. Once you trust it, you can switch individual categories, like order tracking, to send automatically.

Does it work with Shopify?

Yes, Shopify is the most common setup we build for. We can also work with WooCommerce and other platforms where they allow it; we'll confirm on the call.

Shopify already has abandoned cart emails. Why pay for this?

For many stores the built-in one is enough, and we'll tell you if that's you. We only build cart recovery where it adds something, like SMS, product-aware wording or VIP rules.

What does the AI cost to run?

AI usage is usually a small monthly amount for a small store, paid straight to the provider with no markup from us. We'll estimate it from your email volume on the call.

Is my customer data safe?

Everything runs on accounts in your business name. We only access what the automation needs, don't keep copies, and remove our access at handover.
